Website and Identity for a Personal Blog
When I met Anna, she told me about a blog that she was writing a long time ago and the idea behind it. I fell in love with her sense of style and this curious blog, called “Home is…” where she showed how other people lived, she interviewed the inhabitants of the beautiful homes and asked them about the secrets of their home.
We decided to revive this blog by giving a new look to the website and updating the logo.
The Idea
I have gone through all her posts, her Instagram and found that having tea tradition is present in many posts and Anna always pays special attention to tea when hosting. Once I even had tea all the way from Georgia at her house.

The Process
I did some sketches which Anna liked and then commissioned a watercolor painter Nastasya Kerzunova to do the main drawing based on my sketch.
The final picture turned out perfect and the only thing left to add was the text, the name and tagline:
Anna chose the one that she liked most from the proposed options by me and then I went on to find a perfect design for her blog: modern, simple and easy to navigate with a focus on images.
The website
Here you can see how the website looked before the revamp and after:

And finally, here you can check out the brand board that I did for Anna, with the fonts and color palette.
And then I also did Anna’s business cards:
